The Central Issuing Facility, or CIF, provides a brief for the issue and turn-in process for the Organization Clothing and Individual Equipment, or OCIE, at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The videos contain information and instruction for Army Advanced Individual Training and Basic Officer Leadership Course students while visiting the CIF. The OCIE equipment is for temporary use only, and will be used by Army Soldiers while training at the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence.
