Special Agent Rodriguez, Air Force Office of Special Investigations, provides a safety brief to KC-135 Stratotanker crew members assigned to the 909th Air Refueling Squadron, Kadena Air Base, before the official opening of 2024 Japanese-American Friendship Festival at Yokota Air Base, Japan, May 18, 2024. There were over 20 aircraft showcased at the festival ranging from helicopters, fighter jets, passenger and cargo airframes.
