Iraqi army soldiers along with the Iraqi national police set up a security perimeter along an undisclosed location to launch Operation Benevolent Diyala in the Diyala province, Forward Operating Base Caldwell, located in Diyala, Iraq, July 30, 2008. The Iraqi army and national police are working together, side by side, in order to push any remaining Al Qaida members out of Iraq.
