The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Dewey departs Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach after her commissioning ceremony. Dewey is named after Adm. George Dewey, who led his squadron of warships into Manila Bay to destroy the Spanish fleet during the Spanish-American War.
