Sgt. Maj. Duane Harb, a native of El Paso, Texas, who serves as the division maintenance sergeant major, Special Troops Battalion, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, and his daughter Spc. Victoria Harb, a native of Killeen, Texas, who serves as a mental health specialist, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Inf. Div., MND-B, talk to family and friends back in the U.S. from Camp Liberty, Iraq, June 25. The Harbs are taking part in a monthly Town Hall meeting. The Town Hall is a 4th Inf. Div. program that allows U.S. Soldiers and civilian support staff the opportunity to keep in touch with friends and family back home via a live television broadcast and webcast.
