KABUL, Afghanistan - Two International Security Assistance Force service members were killed in an improvised explosive device strike Feb. 20 in southern Afghanistan. Neither casualty is related to Operation Moshtarak.
It is ISAF policy to defer identification procedures for casualties to the relevant national authorities.
