The 159th Mission Support Group Vice Commander, Lt. Col. Brian Callahan, passes the 159th Force Support Squadron flag to the new Squadron Commander, Maj. Elisa Blackwell, during the 159th FSS stand up ceremony at the Naval Air Station/Joint Reserve Base, New Orleans, Oct. 3. The passing of the flag is used to symbolize Major Blackwell's assumption of command.
