Airmen of the 732nd Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, spray water with a 1500 gallon water truck in the path of a sheep's foot roller as it compacts the soil during horizontal construction at the Container Repair Yard Nov. 2, 2009. The construction is in support of the required expansion of the JBB Container Repair Yard to accommodate the increased rate of container repairs to assist in the re-deploying of equipment back to the U.S.
