Col. Brian A. Montague, a native of Hattiesburg, Miss., and command judge advocate for Mississippi's 2nd Battalion, 198th Combined Arms out of Senatobia, Miss., receives a Meritorious Service Medal from Lt. Col. Kerry Goodman, a native of Meridian, Miss., and commander of 2/198th CAB during a Nov. 13 ceremony outside the base defense operations center, Contingency Operating Location Q-West, Iraq. Montague, Mississippi's senior Army JAG, volunteered to deploy with the 155th Heavy Brigade Combat Team and serves as JAG for two battalions, the 2/198th CAB at Q-West and the 2nd Battalion, 114th Field Artillery Regiment at Contingency Operating Station Marez.
