    Medal of Honor recipient Sgt. Dakota Meyer speaks with new Marines of Mike Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, during a warrior’s breakfast Dec. 13, 2014, on Parris Island, S.C. Meyer, who received the nation’s highest honor for his actions during the Battle of Fallujah in 2009, accompanied the recruits on the nine-mile return hike from the Crucible, the 54-hour culminating event of boot camp for Marine recruits, and attended the emblem ceremony where the new Marines earned their title and Eagle, Globe and Anchor emblems.
