Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans MH-60 Jayhawk aircrew and Coast Guard Station Dauphin Island 45-foot Response Boat-Medium boatcrew respond to a vessel taking on water approximately 19 miles south of Fort Morgan, Alabama, Saturday November 12, 2022. Watchstanders received a mayday call over VHF ch 16 of a vessel taking on water and coordinated the launch of multiple assets to respond to the distressed vessel. All eight boaters were rescued and transported to Mobile International Airport to awaiting emergency medical services personnel and were last reported to be in stable condition.
