NAVAL BASE KITSAP-BREMERTON, Wash. (Nov. 23, 2022) – U.S. Navy Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Rialyn Fabricante, from San Carlos, Philippines, spreads frosting on a cake aboard the barge assigned to the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) in preparation for the ship’s Thanksgiving meal. Theodore Roosevelt is in a docking planned incremental availability at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility where the ship is receiving scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
