YOKOSUKA, Japan (December 18, 2023) - Capt. Les Sobol, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, presents a Certificate of Farewell and Appreciation to Makoto Kajigaya. As an employee of the Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR), Kajigaya has proved himself to be an asset to the team during his 29 years of service. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
