A Schuylerville, N.Y., native and U.S. Marine deployed to Helmand province from Camp Lejeune, N.C., with Combat Logistics Regiment 2, Regional Command (Southwest), in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, July 9.
While in Afghanistan, Cpl. Neal-Robert Sinha, a vehicle recovery operator, will provide logistical support to forward deployed Marines, U.S. allies and advise the Afghan National Security Forces in developing their own logistical capabilities.
“I transport or recover necessary military assets,” said Sinha, who has a family history of military service.
Sinha is a Marine Reservist out of Brooklyn, N.Y., who has previously deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
