KABUL, Afghanistan - Three Afghan civilians were killed and five wounded when insurgents detonated a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device in Kandahar city Sept. 4.
According to International Security Assistance Force reports, insurgent IED attacks killed eight Afghan civilians and wounded 11 more Sept. 4.
