KABUL- Four local Afghans were wounded by a fuel truck explosion in Jalalabad today.
Initial reports indicate the fuel truck caught fire when a magnetic explosive device placed under the cab of the truck detonated.
Afghan National Police secured the area and the wounded Afghans were taken to Jalalabad Hospital for treatment.
The incident is currently under investigation by Afghan authorities.
