KABUL- Four Afghans were wounded when they were struck by an insurgent-planted improvised explosive device in Dara Noor District, Nangarhar province today.
The wounded civilians were treated by an International Security Assistance Forces medic.
"It is disheartening that four people had their daily lives disrupted with a senseless attack like this," said U.S. Army Col. Rafael Torres, ISAF Joint Command Combined Joint Operations Center director.
"Our thoughts are with them and we wish them a quick recovery."
