The Taliban facilitator coordinated the travel of foreign fighters into Kunar province from Pakistan. He was responsible for conducting attacks against Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan officials and coalition forces. Recent reporting indicates he facilitated improvised explosive device placement in the province.
