KABUL, Afghanistan – International Security Assistance Force confirmed a Haqqani Network facilitator was detained during an Afghan and coalition operation in Khost province Jan. 19.
The Haqqani Network facilitator operated within Khost District, Khost province. He facilitated the movement of weapons and IED materials for Haqqani Network leaders operating in the province.
