U.S. Army Captain.Richard Tackett of Regimental Higher Headquarters Troop, 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment, Tennessee Army National Guard participates in training, Dec. 12, 2009, in preparation for a scheduled deployment to Iraq at Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center, Hattiesburg, Miss. This will be the units second tour in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in five years and is the largest unit in the state.
