    Maj. Gen. Robert S. Ferrell, Commander, U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command and Senior Mission Command of Aberdeen Proving Ground, opens the inaugural Oktoberfest with the tapping of the ceremonial keg at the opening ceremony at APG's Shine Sports Field Sept. 27, as the Honorable Michael Bennett, Mayor of Aberdeen, and Maj. Gen. Maj. Gen. Jimmie O.
    Keenan, commander of the U.S. Army Public Health Command, look on. Keenan participated in the ceremony as one of the official hosts of Oktoberfest.
