Col. Raymond A. Kozak takes command of the 349th Air Mobility Wing from outgoing commander, Col. Matthew J. Burger, during a change of command ceremony Aug. 8, 2015 at Travis Air Force Base, Calif. Maj. Gen. John C. Flournoy, Jr., 4th Air Force commander, presides over the ceremony. Kozak will lead more than 3,100 combat-ready Citizen Airmen, flying and maintaining the C-17 Globemaster III, C-5 Galaxy and KC-10 Extender mobility aircraft.
