Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division supports the Navy's Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) Training as the engineering agent that operates, maintains and builds upon the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE), the backbone that enables Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) training and interconnects fleet training participants and units. The NCTE network, an IP-based telecommunication suite that provides voice, video, audio and a number of software programs and systems, enables LVC training to provide the fleet with a common operational picture, allowing America's warfighters to train like they fight.
