Carlton Kent, sergeant major of the Marine Corps visit service members with 3rd Light Armored Reconnaissance, aboard Forward Operating Base Payne, Afghanistan. Senior leaders assigned to Regional Command Southwest briefed Gen. Amos and Sgt. Maj.
