On June 7, 2011, Xiang Li, operator of the web site "crack99," met with HSI undercover agents at a hotel on the Pacific island of Saipan.
At the meeting, Li was to transfer pirated software, design packaging and 20 gigabytes of proprietary data paid for by the undercover agents. He was subsequently arrested.
