Master Sgt. Lisa Goad, 49th Security Forces Squadron Logistics and Resources superintendent and Warrior Games athlete, competed at the 2018 Warrior Games at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo. from June 1 to 9. Goad was one of 40 athletes representing Team Air Force, and one of over 300 wounded, ill and injured service members and veterans competing in the games. Goad competed in track and field, hand-cycling and swimming events. Overall, she took home four silver medals and three bronze medals. Goad plans to compete in the 2019 Warrior Games trials, with the goal of making the 2019 Air Force team. (U.S. Air Force video by Staff Sgt. BreeAnn Sachs)
