Ron Horne is the Deputy Director for the Transition Assistance Program and has oversight for policy with a collaborative role with the Director for Operations for TAP within OSD and with the Departments of Labor, Veterans Affairs, Homeland Security and the Small Business Administration. TAP services are provided to Wounded Warriors and their goal is to prepare service members and their families to make a successful transition to civilian life.
