The counter insurgency strategy in Afghanistan includes connecting with local nationals. Service members need vehicles able to navigate the rough terrain to make that happen. Marine Cpl. A.J. Lugo takes us to a facility on Kandahar Air Field, where U.S. forces will be able to upgrade their vehicles to better carry out that strategy.
