According to U.S. forces in Zabul province, Afghanistan, inadequate infrastructure and waste disposal processes have left the streets of the Shah Joy District Center littered with trash and hazardous medical waste. Marine Cpl. A.J. Lugo takes us to the streets of Shah Joy where the district hospital teamed up with the area's Provincial Reconstruction Team to start cleaning up the waste.
