Every week the U.S. Division North leadership selects on service member as the Ironhorse Strong soldier of the Week. These soldiers, deployed in support of Operation New Dawn, are stationed at bases around northern Iraq. Once a month the awardees gather at Contingency Operating Base Speicher for a ceremony in their honor.
