Lt. Gen. Michael Vane, Director of the Army Capabilities Integration Center, participated in an Army Bloggers Roundtable on Feb. 24. Vane discussed the latest developments in how the Army is evaluating smartphone technologies and software applications to provide soldiers the ability to learn anytime or anywhere.
Vane answered questions about Connecting Soldiers to Digital Applications (CSDA) initiatives and the Armys emerging work on making small tactical units more decisive through training, materiel, and leader development.
