DoDLive recently held a Bloggers Roundtable with John Johnson, Chief, Quality Assurance Division for the U.S. Army’s Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
Mr. Johnson serves as a senior level traffic management specialist for the Deputy Chief of Staff for Personal Property with managerial responsibility over the Qualifications and Operations Teams for the Defense Personal Property Program (DP3). He discussed ways Department of Defense and U.S. Coast Guard service members, and families, can improve/enhance their PCS experience, especially when moving household goods during the peak moving season.
