Exercise Immediate Response 13 is currently underway in Zagreb, Croatia. Staff Sgt. Caleb Barrieau tells us more. Three-hundred forty-nine soldiers from nine nations
are taking part in Immediate Response 13, a command post exercise designed to enhance staff cooperation skills among nations with varied backgrounds and capabilities. Col. Andrew Heppelmann, USAREUR’s chief of multinational training explains (SB) this is the third time Croatia has hosted this event. Next year, Slovenia will take the lead and conduct Immediate Response 14 in their capital, Ljubljana. Staff Sgt. Caleb Barrieau reporting from Zagreb, Croatia, for AFN.
