Exercise Immediate Response is underway in Croatia. The exercise involves nine nations, mostly from the countries of the the Former Yugoslavia, Staff Sgt. Caleb Barrieau reports from Zagreb, Croatia. Immediate Response 13 is bringing together the nations of the entire Balkan region to train with their U.S. and U.K. counterparts. These NATO bonds have been field-tested in Afghanistan and now through exercises like Immediate Response, they are looking toward the future. Slovenian Lt. Col. Anze Rode explains why his soldiers participated this year. In November, Rode and his soldiers will train again with JRMC's Grizzly Team when they come to Hohenfels. Staff Sgt.
