Audio from a distress call from a person reporting his boat is disabled and taking on water near Cape Lookout, N.C., Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013, at approximately 10:30 p.m. The audio was received by Coast Guard Sector North Carolina Command Center watchstanders, who dispatched units to begin a search.
