BOSTON - Five Coast Guard boats responded when a charter whale-watching vessel, the Capt. John & Son, carrying 36 people reported an engine fire while they were six miles off Gurnet Lighthouse in Plymouth, Mass., about 8:30 a.m., Monday, July 14, 2008.
