The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Dallas delivered more than 76,000 pounds of food, drink, and hygiene supplies to the Georgian city of Batumi on Aug. 27. The supplies will aid the estimated 100,000 people displaced due to the conflict with Russia, the Dallas' commander, U.S. Coast Guard Capt.
