ATLANTIC OCEAN - The operator of the South Harpswell, Maine-based fishing vessel Whistling Dixie radios for help after the boat began taking on water and sinking about seven miles east of Biddeford Pool, Maine, Monday, Jan. 26, 2009. The two fishermen on board abandoned ship and were rescued from their life raft by the Maine Marine Patrol 14 minutes after calling for help.
