CLEVELAND -- Petty Officer 2nd Class Tim Lieb, a Boatswain's Mate from Station Cleveland Harbor, shares his thoughts on VHF channel 16, which is used solely for hailing and distress while boating, as part of the National Safe Boating Week Campaign. Lieb is qualified as a coxswain, boarding officer and is an expert on boating safety.
