PASCAGOULA, Miss. - U.S. Coast Guard Rear Adm. Paul Zukunft, the Deepwater Horizon incident federal on-scene coordinator, providing an update on the overarching response operations during a teleconference in Pascagoula at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Ship Pisces. The ship departed Sept. 24, 2010, with a team of federal and academic scientists, on a mission to collect water and sediment samples focusing within 25 miles of the BP Deepwater Horizon wellhead.
