KODIAK, Alaska - Deck Watch is a five to seven minute radio show featuring Coast Guard news from around Alaska. The feature this week, by Petty Officer 3rd Class Charly Hengen, is about a fly-fishing program sponsored by the Chief's Petty Officers Association in Kodiak called Project Healing Waters where wounded warriors came to Kodiak to participate in this program.
