BOSTON - A Coast Guardsman at the First District Command Center in Boston speaks with a sailor aboard the disabled sailboat Eva after receiving a report the boat's mast had been broken and was taking on water approximately 120 miles off the coast of Nantucket, Mass., Tuesday, May 10, 2011.
