SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine - The Coast Guard issued an urgent marine broadcast after a kayaker called Coast Guard Station Rockland, reporting he and another kayaker became separated from two other kayakers in rough seas while on a trip from Hurricane Island, Maine, to Isle Au Haut, Thursday, May 12, 2011. All four kayakers were found safe after prompting a search by Coast Guard, Maine Marine Patrol and Good Samaritans. Coast Guard audio.
