During the change of command ceremony at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Navy Capt. Frank Mays assumed command of JBAB, the nation's premier joint base, located in the nation's capital. Mays became JBAB's third commander, relieving Navy Capt. Anthony T. Calandra, who led the military base since April 2011.
