Troops from the US and Czech Republic travel to Jabal Saraj, just north of Bagram Air Field, to attend a ribbon cutting ceremony at a newly completed hydropower station. Several Afghan politicians attend the event as well as village elders and the Afghan contractors who completed the construction. After the ceremony and ribbon cutting, attendees receive a demonstration of the plant's capabilities and operation.
