A good Samaritan aboard the vessel Sea Candy reporting that a 45-foot boat is on fire under the Highway 146 bridge near Kemah, Texas, Friday, Aug. 29, 2014. Coast Guard Sector Houston/Galveston watchstanders sent boat, helicopter and ground crews as well as reaching out to our partners at the Seabrook and Kemah fire departments for response. All three people aboard the boat were able to escape safely. U.S. Coast Guard recorded audio.
