The United States Army Corps of Engineers has made great contributions to the reconstruction efforts in Afghanistan. As they approach the end of their mission, Sergeant Christopher Tobey meets with LTG Tom Bostick, USACE Commander, and COL Pete Helmlinger, Commander of USACE Transatlantic Afghanistan District who explain what they have accomplished, the few projects they have left, and why they are important to the security efforts in Afghanistan.
