Medical personnel from both the Estonia army and the 2nd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, freshen their CPR and AED skills in Tapa, Estonia. The medical training is one of many opportunities where U.S. and Estonian soldiers are able to work together, continuing the efforts of Operation Atlantic Resolve in strengthening a partnership among Estonian and American militaries.
