A mariner aboard the fishing vessel Apache 4 makes a mayday call over VHF-FM channel 16, while the vessel was taking on water near Yaquina Bay, Ore., April 8, 2015. The call was received by watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector North Bend, and concluded with the source of the water being secured and the vessel being escorted to Yaqina Bay by a 47-foot Motor Lifeboat crew from Coast Guard Station Yaquina Bay.
