Sgt. Tim Morgan tells how nations of the Caribbean are collaborating together during Phase 1 of Tradewinds 2015 in this news package on boat operations. Tradewinds is a combined and joint exercise, conducted in three phases, that helps build the capacity of nations in the Caribbean to better respond to natural disasters, as well as land and maritime threats, including illicit trafficking. Each participating country looks to improve key security-mission areas through the equal exchange of knowledge and expertise. Regional Challenges require cooperative solutions.
